A brief History of the Australian Currency

Soon after colonisation in 1770 rum was used as a barter or a form of currency!
This contributed to Australia being known as a nation of alcoholics!

The 1768 Mexican coins & the Spanish Pieces of Eight coins used to create the different new coins.

A Holey Dollar & the Dump were the first currency for Australia in 1812 made from the Mexican Reals & Spanish coins used till 1822 which were replaced with sterling coins from the UK. Prior to this the colony used Rum as a form of currency which contributed to it becoming a nation of alcoholics and the self inflicted illnesses that the addiction causes. The Holey Dollar in good condition is worth about $150.000. The coin shows the M with a small "o" above the M which means the Reals coin was stamped in Mexico! Initially 10,000 coins were order by Governor Macquarie which he had a convict forger to organize the design and stamping of the new Australian Holly Dollar and Dump currency!

The History of the building and the governments surrounding land ownership was to keep all the emergency services close for easier access to them Example: North end of the street is the Governors House then the State Library which is just as old as the "Rum Hospital" which adjoins to parliament house. Then on the South end next to them the Army Barracks which is next to the Mint & behind them the Lands Title Offices all are on a kilometre long street or block.
Governor Macquarie in 1810 used convict labour and the governments monopoly on the rum import tax, and still is used to this present day in one tax law or another to monopolize the industry and the cash flow from all the alcohol selling merchants. Also the Craft beer brewers & distillers & alcohol importers followed by the RSL Clubs, Privately owned Clubs, Hotels, & Bottle Shops & Liquor Outlets every where and out where the first nation people live who can't handle the packaged addictive alcohol which is causing alcohol fuel violence in the homes and on the streets!

Back in time the author was a member of a political city branch to see what the process was about. This in time gave access to the inner workings of the N.S.W parliament house and it's running and lay out! Initially it was an insight into how the law creators go about there job behind the scene with their influence in getting the numbers to change a law or to advance their say goal in achieving leadership or to change their designated folio or to be dishonest with others with same thinking or basically in it for what they can rort from it. Many are there to achieve the goals of their political party either

with good or bad decisions or influenced by what was noticed on one floor level was a well stocked hotel style bar and better than a regular public pub! It also goes for the private members refrigerator in their office rooms for entertaining dialog discussing government business and wonder why the government gets things wrong as there working under the influence of alcohol which they would get possible tax free! Then some would enter the Bear Pit with their Dutch courage charged up to mouth off the oppositions failures. Many are alcoholics drinking on the job which is their false privilege abuse and generaly not done in commerial business as well as having a hotel bar handy. Years after an internet search recently the Sydney Morning Herald did a recent report on the same topic about the Alcohol Pub internally and abused by most of the parliamentarians during the day which lets them to be able to drink on the job which has made the public aware of how the many mistakes and bad decisions are made. Like the Rozelle bottle neck nightmare! Plus the now asbestos mulch coating of Sydney, by not checking the supplier/s throughly! The polititions to be sure there not booked have there own personal drivers to drive them to various jobs without fear of being booked for any driving rules being broken when under the influence of alcohol. Then there was the recent rape case in the ACT where alcohol was apart of the case at the federal parliment whom have the use of alcohol while trying to run the country. It seemed it is the place of the Pub Test while on the job! Einstein was not
an addictive alcohol drinker it was only occasionally a little wine, he was also dyslexic while being a genius. Photo is of an effected member showing the effects when mixing alcohol with medicines. Users are not immune from the addictive substance in life and some foolishly drive while drunk.

The original wall has a big building built with a path way between it and the wall blocking any good view to the wall paintings but the author did get the best of the paintings all those years ago and to show them at the time! Will show them soon. The author is very impressed with their painting skill and style which has been noticed world wide and much in demand. The recent referendum loss was a disappointment so by showing these you know I voted Yes!

The Sydney Photo was also able too capture Mercury entering the Conjunction of Venus and Jupiter Plus the crescent Moon. Venus is on top and Jupiter below as the two also move away south (left) and north (right) from each other. The photo taken above at New Zealand was taken with an 80mm Refracting Telescope giving the close up effect of the heavenly Moon and Planet.
